There no collection charge when you personally collect your order from our store

Our experienced Staff can advise you in all aspects of your purchase

 

Once you have submitted your order we will not be able to make any changes,

this includes the delivery option and combining delivery charges for multiple orders.

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that buying on-line can be filled with uncertainty.

So that is why we have a "No-Hassle" 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

 

If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, 

You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items minus shipping charges. 

 

If we have made an error, or goods are faulty then we will cover all the shipping costs and refund you the postage incurred.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

Goods must be in original packaging. 

Goods must not be fitted or used. 

Please include a postal receipt.

Proof of purchase 

We will refund postage costs but only standard post or standard parcels.

or we may provide a pre-paid postage shipping label   

We are not responsible for damage or loss in the return post.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Beyond 30 days we charge a restocking fee of 20%, with a minimum fee of £5.00

 

If you whish to Cancel your Order 

Our aim is to dispatch your order a.s.a.p. usually the same day 

To avoid unnecessary return postage charges your request to cancel your order must reach us before dispatch  

Contact us stating "Cancel Order "  with  order number

 

LOST IN POST:

We use Royal Mail tracked service which we have found to be trustworthy and reliable, However if a parcel expectantly is lost in post we will request Royal Mail for a refund, This process may take 15-20 days.

 

These are the terms set by the Royal Mail, not by us. There is nothing we can do until these timings have passed.

After 15/20 working days we can issue a refund.

 

ALL LOST ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SALE. This allows us a short period of time to claim from the courier/Royal Mail. Beyond this we are unable to claim for the loss.

 

Non Delivery ?
Before you contact us, please check with your neighbours, housemates etc, this solves the problem in most cases "My friend tidied it away".
